How Do You Ship?

There is a $2.00 shipping charge for orders under $10.00. All other orders ship free by U.S. Or UPS. We ship to 49 of the 50 United States. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or the U.S. Territories. We do not ship internationally.

Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 72 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend, will process and ship within the next two business days.

Payment, receipt and tracking information will be emailed to you after your order is completed.

What Is Your Refund & Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at Support@GenericCBD.com and we’ll bend over backwards to make it right. If you prefer a refund, we'll send you a return shipping label. (In many cases, we won't even ask you to return the item). In rare cases, we may ask you to simply box up the product to be returned, put the return label on the box and drop it in the mail. The return shipping is free to you.

Refunds
